These terms

These terms apply to the use of this website, operated by Ashton Cleaning Services (SW) Ltd. By using the site you accept them. Terms for cleaning work itself are agreed separately in writing before any work begins.

Quotations and pricing

Prices shown or discussed on this website are indicative. Every quotation is given for a specific property and a specific scope of work, and is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Where the condition of a property differs materially from what was described when the quotation was given, we will tell you before proceeding rather than adding to the invoice afterwards.

Our work

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care, using appropriate products and methods for the surfaces involved. Where we do not believe a surface, fabric or floor should be treated in a particular way, we will say so rather than proceed and hope.

We are fully insured, Safe Contractor approved and Citation PLC members.

Cancellation

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. For contract work, notice periods are set out in the contract.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and does not form part of any contract. Photographs are illustrative.
