This work is not ordinary cleaning and it should never be attempted with ordinary methods. Biological material carries genuine infection risk, needs correct handling and disposal, and requires the training and equipment to do it safely.
Just as importantly, somebody is usually having the worst week of their life when they make this call. We turn up in unmarked vehicles where you want us to, we do not discuss the job with anyone, and we work around the people involved rather than through them.
We are contactable 24 hours. These situations do not keep office hours, and the property often cannot be left as it is while everyone waits for Monday.
How we do it

Contain and clean
The area is contained, decontaminated and cleaned by trained operatives in the correct protective equipment, with affected materials removed.
Disposal and handover
Waste disposed of through the correct route, the area returned to a safe and usable condition, and the property handed back discreetly.

What sort of situations do you attend?
Unattended deaths, trauma and crime scenes, serious accidents, biohazard contamination, sharps, and severe hoarding or neglect where a property has become a health risk. If you are not sure whether it is something we handle, call and describe it — we would far rather have that conversation than have somebody attempt it themselves with a mop and a bin bag.
Is this safe for us to clean ourselves?
No, and please do not. Blood and body fluids carry blood-borne viruses that survive on surfaces, contamination goes further than it appears — into flooring, under skirtings, through to substrates — and the waste cannot legally go in a household bin. Beyond the physical risk, doing this yourself in a property where something has happened to someone you knew is not something people recover from quickly. It is worth the call.
How discreet is it?
Completely. We attend in unmarked vehicles where you would prefer, we do not discuss the job with neighbours or anyone else, and we do not put anything on the outside of the property. In a terrace or a block of flats this matters a great deal to the people left behind, and we treat it as part of the job rather than a favour.
How quickly can you attend?
We are contactable 24 hours and will attend as quickly as we can get to you — these situations do not wait for office hours, and biological contamination gets worse rather than better with time. Call and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
What happens to the waste?
Contaminated material is handled as clinical waste and disposed of through the correct licensed route, with documentation. Soft furnishings, carpet, underlay and sometimes flooring or plaster may have to be removed if contamination has gone through — we will tell you what has to go and why before we remove anything.
Will insurance cover it?
Frequently, yes — many household and commercial policies cover specialist cleaning after an incident, and landlords' policies often do too. We can provide the documentation and itemised paperwork insurers ask for. It is worth checking the policy before assuming you are paying yourself.
