We agree what gets done before we start, so you are not left wondering whether the oven was included. Most customers settle into a routine within a visit or two, and a good number have been with us for ten years or more.
We work around you. If the only time that suits is early morning, an evening or a weekend, that is usually possible — being open 24 hours is not a slogan, it is how a lot of our work gets done.

House Cleaning — your questions answered
How much does a house clean cost?
It depends on the size of the house and what you want doing, which is why we would rather look than quote blind. As a rule, a regular clean of a typical three-bed home is priced per visit rather than per hour, so you know exactly what you are paying and we are not incentivised to work slowly. A one-off deep clean or an end-of-tenancy costs more than a regular visit because it is a bigger job. Tell us the property and what you want covered and we will give you a figure, with no obligation.
Do I need to be in while you clean?
No, and most of our regulars are not. We hold keys for a good number of customers, with proper key-holding arrangements rather than a key under a pot. Everyone who works for us is vetted and we are Safe Contractor approved. If you would rather be there, particularly for the first visit, that is completely fine — a lot of people prefer to walk us round once and then leave us to it.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, as standard. If you would prefer we used particular products — because of allergies, pets, a sensitive surface, or simply because you like a particular brand — tell us and we will use yours instead. It makes no difference to us and it matters to a lot of households.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains a house that is already in reasonable order: surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and so on. A deep clean gets into what regular cleaning does not reach — inside the oven, behind and under appliances, limescale, skirtings, door frames, insides of windows, sometimes carpets and upholstery. Most people start with a deep clean and then keep it there with regular visits, which works out cheaper than repeatedly rescuing a house that has got away from them.
Can you do end of tenancy cleans?
Yes, and it is a good part of our domestic work. An end-of-tenancy clean is held to the inventory rather than to ordinary standards, so it covers ovens, inside cupboards, appliances, windows, and everywhere else a checkout inspection looks. Tell us the checkout date and we will work back from it. If carpets need doing as well we can handle that in the same visit rather than you booking two firms.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week for a regular clean, and often sooner for a one-off. End-of-tenancy work is frequently booked at short notice and we do our best to fit it in, because we know the date is not usually movable. Call and ask — even at short notice it is worth a phone call.
