What we collect
When you contact us through this website, by email or by telephone, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the address of the property where the work is needed, and whatever you tell us about the job.
Where you become a customer we also hold the records needed to carry out and invoice the work — quotations, job records, access arrangements and payment details.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to quote for and carry out the work, to invoice you, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. Where you are a contract customer we also hold what is needed to run the contract, such as key-holding and access arrangements.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept only as long as is useful to follow them up. Customer and financial records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and tax purposes, and then disposed of securely.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at ashtoncleaningltd@gmail.com and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
