An office clean is judged on consistency rather than on any single visit. The bins being done every night, the kitchen not smelling, the glass being clean when a client walks in — it is unremarkable when it is right and extremely noticeable when it is not.
We will travel to your business outside office hours to provide a thorough clean, so the work happens when the building is empty rather than while your staff are trying to work around a vacuum.
Our flexible terms mean no long-term commitment. Quite a number of our customers have used us for ten years or more, which we would rather earn each year than lock in with a contract.

Floor area, washrooms, kitchens, glass, floor types and how many people use it. The specification comes from the building, not a template.

What is done daily, what is weekly, what is periodic. So there is never a question about whether something was in scope.

Office Cleaning — your questions answered
Do you work outside office hours?
Yes, as standard, and it is how most of our commercial work is done. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for us — being open 24 hours is what makes it possible. Cleaning an occupied office during the working day is disruptive for your staff and produces a worse result, because the cleaner is working around people rather than the room. If you need a daytime presence as well, for washrooms and kitchens through the day, that can be arranged alongside the main clean.
Are we tied into a long contract?
No. Our terms are deliberately flexible and there is no long-term commitment. We would rather keep your business by doing the work properly than by tying you into a notice period you resent. In practice a great many of our customers have stayed with us for ten years or more, and some longer than that, which tells you more than a contract would.
What is included in an office clean?
It is set out in writing before we start, and it is built around your building rather than a standard list. Typically: desks and surfaces, bins, kitchens, washrooms and consumables, floors vacuumed or mopped, glass in internal doors and partitions, with periodic work such as carpets, high dusting and internal windows on a schedule. If something matters particularly to you, it goes in the specification.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes, if you want us to — hand towels, toilet rolls, soap, bin liners. Plenty of customers prefer it because it becomes one line on one invoice and never runs out, since the person restocking is the person who sees it every day. Equally, if you would rather buy your own, we will simply use what you provide.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Everyone who works for us is vetted, we are fully insured, we are Safe Contractor approved and we are Citation PLC members. For offices where cleaners work unaccompanied out of hours, which is most of them, that matters more than anything else on this page.
How quickly can you take over from another contractor?
Usually quickly. Changing contractor tends to happen because something has gone wrong, so it is rarely leisurely. We will survey the building, agree a specification and set a start date — often within a week or two. If you are in a notice period with an existing supplier we can work to the date that ends.
