The habit of proper sanitisation stuck around after COVID, and rightly. Offices, schools, nurseries, care settings and food premises all have situations where an ordinary clean is not enough: an outbreak of illness, a confirmed case, or a building being reopened after standing empty.
Deep cleansing goes beyond surface cleaning to the touch points that actually transmit — door furniture, handrails, switches, keyboards and phones, shared kitchen equipment, washroom fittings — using virucidal products with the correct contact time, which is the part most often got wrong.
We respond quickly, because a premises that has had to close is losing money for every day it stays shut, and because the point of the exercise is to stop transmission rather than to have cleaned at some point.

How quickly can you respond to an outbreak?
As fast as we can get to you, and usually same or next day. We are open 24 hours, which matters here more than almost anywhere else: a school or an office that has had to close is losing days, and the whole value of an outbreak clean is doing it before more people are affected. Call and tell us the situation and we will be straight with you about when we can attend.
What is actually different about a sanitising clean?
Two things: what gets treated, and how. Ordinary cleaning covers the surfaces you can see; a sanitising clean targets the touch points that actually transmit — door handles, push plates, handrails, light switches, keyboards, phones, taps, flush handles, shared kitchen equipment. And it uses virucidal products held for their full contact time, which is the detail most often skipped. A product wiped straight off has not disinfected anything.
Do you provide any documentation?
Yes — written confirmation of what was treated, with what, and when. Schools want it for parents, employers want it for staff, and food premises and care settings may want it for an inspector. It costs us nothing to provide and it is frequently the thing that lets people feel comfortable coming back in.
Can you work overnight so we do not have to close?
Usually yes, and it is generally the best answer. Overnight or weekend working means the premises are treated and ready for the morning without losing a trading or teaching day. Being open 24 hours is what makes it possible, and it is the main reason customers ring us rather than waiting for a contractor who works nine to five.
Is it safe for children, food areas and pets?
Yes, with the right products and the right process. Food-contact surfaces are treated with food-safe products and rinsed appropriately, and early years and care settings get products suited to that environment. Areas are left to dry and ventilate before they are used again, and we will tell you how long that needs to be.
Is this only for COVID?
No — that is simply the name people still search for. The same work applies to norovirus, flu outbreaks, sickness bugs going round a school or an office, and to reopening a building that has stood empty. The method does not change much; the reason for calling does.
